Japanese Naruto is the same Naruto we have here. I know because I used to watch the subbed episodes when it wasn't even out here.
To the original question, pokemon will win cuz there are over 500 of 'em.

bleach is good but i got to ep 100 and got bored of it... naruto rocks never diss that show EVER it is so great i love it

All the characters from Naruto would win, because without any trainers all those pokemon are just primal creatures who can just eat, sleep, shit, and say their name.

& there isn't only one pokemon of each one there's like a billion of each pokemon so imagine that army of pure charizards and so on  & naruto only has one of each character 1 naruto 1 sasuke & so on.

They use elemental jutsus...plus they usually have 2 types to the person..i.e.: Yamato=earth and water.
So he could pwn probably most of them pokemon.
And once again.Unless all pokemon are wild they won't do anything.
