If your talking about the Uncut DVD’s then Viz did a Very bad job but If you been getting the single DVD's it might not be Uncut & Uncensored it might be the cartoon network edit version some Dub companies Do release both Uncut and censored versions, Like FUNimation did for Yu Yu Hakusho. But the Naruto Box sets do say Uncut this usually means the same thing, as Uncut & Uncensored
(NOTE: Most Anime DVD's will say if it’s Uncut & Uncensored on the front or back, if its not Uncut & Uncensored it will Say, "As seen on TV or AS seen on Cartoon network on the back)
So don’t blame the dub companies if you’re the one buying the Edited versions. Just Remember to check and confirm if it is indeed the one you want.
But If your taking about what they show on TV Then I guess i'll have to Explain why theirs no blood or scars it’s a little thing Called the FCC or The Federal Communications Commission they say NO to that kind of stuff at that on that time line and its also Cartoon network that also says no to that as well. But if your wonder why DBZ had it then well all I can say is times have changed and they (the FCC and cartoon network) have become more strict a lot more strict.

Some 18+ anime thats out in the UK is still cut
We dont have the option
There is nothing on the DVD sayin its cut

I'm satisfied with either one, but the dubbed version can cut out quite a bit of the story. Also the expressions can be completely different.
I'm only into one anime right now, and Naruto doesn't always do a good job of dubbing. So, subbed for me.

Well then just import one from US or Japan or just buy one on Ebay.

DVDs goten off Ebay are rarely ordganils
They might look it but most of the time they are not
