I've never actually read the manga (or any mangas, for that matter), but from what I understand, I think I prefer the anime ending. It seems more poignant for him to die alone in some abandoned building. However, that episode could have done without Mikami's ultra-high pressure blood.

Meh ichigo 100% was a bit dull
Still have the OVAs to get throw
Ranma 1/2 is becomein dull as well (same basic idea every episode)

Might restart that Akagi (wheres the secound session of Kaiji)
I need a anime thats clever and epic (In before Desu noteo fans)
Even if I dont understand Majong

Yeah it's fantastic, in terms of Drama, the only anime that's higher than Monster on my list would be Kimi Ga Nozumo Eien.
