Default which to watch first?
hello, I'm a fan of anime, but only found out about death note recently. I read about it on wikipedia, and it sounds really good.

So my question is, which is best to watch first, the death note movie, or the actual anime? is it best to buy the first series anime? thanks.

Buy the anme as the movies are ok but kinda mess up the story

I'd suggest watching the anime first, but from what I understand the films change quite a lot of plot details, so maybe it doesn't matter very much?

I think I'll watch it from the first anime series, so I don't really miss anything and then misunderstand the story later.

They change the ending and most the story line
