But if you get down to it Naruto is the new DBZ cause everybody just seems to know it. I mean you here more talk in schools about naruto just like dbz back in the day. Dont get me wrong bleach is good but on the popularity scale Naruto is getting as big as DBZ did....

I havent watched Blue Dragon. But personally the only time when you can say a new anime is like DBZ is when the new anime is avoid of plot and concentrates purely on fighting. Ok Bleach is close but they have plot to go with there fighting but it is pretty damn close.

Did you even watch the first season of Naruto? from something like episode 130 - 200 whatever, we're ALL fillers. For almost 2 consecutive years Naruto was nothing but filler episodes. Which is the main reason I switched to reading the Manga.

Yea but know it doesnt really matter since that happened already i have yet to see a filler in shippuuden yet as for bleach well they are startin a new filler....im not saying bleach aint good i love that show im just saying they are pulling a naruto but this time more filler...

Well, I haven't grown up with people talking about DBZ. Probably a year or two before my time. But from what I know, Naruto has been big enough to be compared with DBZ. No doubt.

That's because the way Bleach are releasing fillers, conserves some kind of Fan base. Where as Naruto lost alot of viewers during those years, which is also the reason Shippuuden has had low - nil fillers, they have 2 years worth of manga to catch up too. Though you can probably expect another 6 consecutive months of fillers at least with Shippuuden some time, considering the amount of manga they are chewing up each episode. Regardless of how much they are trying to stretch out each episode with pointless standoffs and "On the last episode of Naruto" segments.
