Metroid is not the only one that needs support. Fire Emblem is the best RPG I have ever played.

^ jazzman, I couldn't agree more. Metroid is more popular than both the Donkey Kong and StarFox series (at least in # of games sold) and yet Starfox has more reps. That and Metroids cool.
Once Sylux makes his appearance (or whatever it will be) in the next Metroid game, he could be in. He's sweet.

I wonder if Choas Zero could work. He is a different villian, and would me very cool. Here is a pic of him if you don't know who I am talking about:




I am trying to come up with a move set with him If anyone has any ideas post it here

B special move: Charge - arm extension punch (charge for reach, like Ike's forward B)

B forward: absorb - like kirby's suction (each time he absorbs a player, his damage ratio goes up by one)

B up: Meltdown - turn into water and charges upward (like squirtles waterfall)

B down: Chaos Emeralds: absorb a Chaos Emerald and transforms into the next stage of his evolution (like pkmn trainer)

then he would have different special moves for each of his stages.
his final smash could be like Bowsers, he transforms into Perfect Chaos and rampages before depowering into chaos 0.

this would be awesome.
of course their would have to be limits to transforming.
somethig like...he can only transform once per life or something...

Here's a moveset:
Character Type: Middle/Heavy (think Wolf)
B: Chaos Orb- Chaos 0 shoots a glob of himself out. It works much like a sticky bomb; If it makes contact with a character then it sticks to them and detonates 1-2 seconds later. It can be switched to someone else by running past them. However, the power of the orb is weaker than that of the sticky bomb. holding down B sends the ball farther when released. The power is also slightly increased.

>B: Chaos Tentacle- Chaos 0 turns one of his arms into a tentacle and shoots it outward. Multiple presses keep the tentacle flailing in the air. (can be used for grapple recovery)

^B: Ancient Sphere- Chaos 0 turns into the ball thing that he was able to transform into during Sonic Adventure and then leaps upward. This can be used for both recovery and offense. After using this attack and hitting the ground or wall, Chaos can bounce up even higher. Chaos can bounce a total of 3 times.

\/B: Smother- Chaos 0 dissolves into a puddle for one second and then reforms (he was able to do this in Sonic Adventure). If an enemy attempts to attack him while he is a puddle, he will leap on them and deal 1.75X the damage the attack on Chaos would have caused.

Final Smash: Perfect Chaos
Chaos 0 absorbs the Chaos Emeralds, transforms into Perfect Chaos, and jumps to the back of the screen. A large, hard-to-dodge tidal wave sweeps out from either the left or right side (it's random) and pushes characters off the screen. This is like Piplup except it's much larger, harder to survive from, and does about 20% damage to each player.

Dude, even if he was an Assit trophy, he would still be amazing, and different and older than some of the villans. He could have a chance.

Blaziken would be also very cool, and would Ray 01 from GCN version of Custom Robo.

Blaziken would be a combo of Fox (Up B), Cap. Falcon (Falcon Kick, but on the Side B) and Ike (Down and FS). I think that Nintendo needs to step away from clones and start mixing the characters for more combos.

Ray 01 would be an (almost) orginal character, and could use the Assitant moves from the trophy this game. His FS would be Upgrade, and be faster and stronger than the orginal. Another character I am working on is Rahu, the uber-villian from Custom Robo. He would be similar to Ray 01, but be very slow.

And this has probably been said already, but Wolf Link would have been a good character.
He would have Midna on his back and his moves could be like this...
Up B: Spin attack
Side B: Bite/Lunge
Down B: Area Attack
Neutral B: Jump Attack
Final Smash: Something with Midna, maybe with her giant hand, fused shadow, or twilight mirror.

Whenever he dies he'd yell "BARF!"

Phoenix Wright would be extremely cool. I'm totally serious. His normal combos would be poke attacks. Here's a moveset for him:

Type: Medium/Light (a little heavier than Pikachu)
B: Objection!- Phoenix pulls back, jabs his finger out and yells "OBJECTION!". The talk bubble damages enemies. A faster, weaker version of the Falcon Punch.

>B: Briefcase- Phoenix dashes forward with his briefcase outstretched. Holding down B increases the legnth of the dash. Good horizontal recovery while in midair, and goes up vertically a bit as well. Since Phoenix has no up B recovery, this is used as his 3rd jump.

^B: Evidence Spray- Pheonix takes out the bottle of chemical spray he used to identify blood prints in the DS Phoenix Wright and sprays it, creating a cloud of spray around him. Hold down the button to continue to use the chemical spray, although the radiusof the spray will get smaller as time goes on. Anyone in the cloud of spray acts as though Lip's Stick hit them. The moment Phoenix uses the spray initially, it can be used to reflect projectiles (like Nayru's Love)

\/B: Present Evidence- Phoenix pulls out a random piece of evidence and throws it. The three types of evidence are the ID (long range, but little damage), The Samurai Spear (medium range and damage) and The Thinker clock (short range but heavy damage). There is also a 1/50 chance that Phoenix will pull out an item.

Final Smash: Guilty
After grabbing the smash ball, Phoenix yells TAKE THAT! in a very large talk bubble. Everyone in front of him that gets hit by the bubble is put in a mini-cutscene (like Captain Falcon) where the judge from the Phoenix Wright games deems them guilty and smacks down his mallet, causing major damage.
