these are all well and good, but what characters do you honestly expect as a possibility in brawl? I mean, Darth Vader? Silver the Hedgehog? The likelyhood of that runs between impossible and insanely unlikely.

I know I've said this about a bajillion times, but Sora would definately work. Without a doubt.
I think the reason many people state that he is impossible is because he is often grouped with Disney characters in peoples minds (especially those who have never played Kingdom Hearts, which is amazing). While I do agree that it is quite unlikely that mainstream Disney characters like Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Peter Pan and others will make it into the game (and I'd like to keep it that way, I don't think they would fit) Sora himself is a perfect addition. Plus, stages like Twilight Town, Traverse Town, Destiny Islands and others could become places in Brawl without even hinting at a Disney reference.

I wouldnt be surprised if Sora would be a candidate to join a Smash Bros game. He definately fits.

No he wouldnt at least snake and sonic had a history with nintendo,if they would randomly put people in there i wont play it anymore and so will alot of people,becuase you need to be used to it being nintendo peple and maybe a few new exceptions,i dont even think snake fitted in there that well.

But there are rumors that Kingdom Hearts is going to come out for the Wii and the DS. So I dont see why he wouldnt be in. IMO Snake fitted really well.

Dude, just because you wouldn't play it anymore doesn't mean anyone else will stop to. And I don't think Nintendo would really give a shit if they lose one fan of the series while they were gaining many many more.

and their will be a ds game title is bound to change "358/2 days" it deals with what roxas did in the orginization
and a wii game is bieng considered but not 100% positve
and like gigaridley said you could put sora and kingdom hearts stages or items without mentioning disney like riku could be a fighter or assist trophy

Yes, exactly! I really think that Sora could very likely be in the next one, as it would appear that a flood of Kingdom Hearts games will be coming to Nintendo products. Personally, I'm ecstatic, my mom would never let me buy a second console (I could only have one at a time) and I've always absolutely LOVED the Kingdom Hearts series, it's possibly my favorite game series of all time.
P.S: Does anyone know why the DS one is called 358/2 Days? I thought Roxas spent exactly one year with the Organization, so shouldn't it be 365 Days?

Eggman, Liquid Snake, Metroid Prime/Dark Samus, King K. Rool ... ooops that's more than one! at least these are legit characters for Nintendo's evil villians ... not someone from Final Fantasy Fifty-three and five-sixteenths.

Sora would possibly be a secret character if Nintendo ever made a 4th Smash Bros. game. He would definitely be an interesting fighter. I've never played Kingdom Hearts, but seen a video where he single-handedly beat the snot out of 1000 Heartless. I imagine most of his Smash Bros. moves coming from that war scene.

Actually, it is possible for FF characters to be in a SSB game.
