Plus, Dark Link could have completely different attacks than Link:
Up B: Spinner
Gets on the Spinner from TP and boosts upward.
Side B: Ball and Chain
Takes a long time to activate, but ends up throwing the Ball and Chain in front of him for massive damage and knockback. Comparable to the alrock's Punch.
Down B:
Plays a random song on the False Ocarina of Time (Like the Ocarina, but black to signify evil) with various effects.
Song of Storms: Wind blows in front of him. Like Water Gun and FLUDD but slightly more potent.
Bolero of Fire: Temporarily surrounds the user in fire.
Song of Time: Slows down the opponent for about five seconds. Works like the Clock item.
Etc.
Neutral B: Gust Jar (Okay, fine, Toon Link gets this in Minish Cap, but close enough)
Sucks in the opponent, then spits out. Much like King DeDeDe's Neutral B.
Didn't really think this through, made it up as I went along. Probably looks pretty stupid, but at least I tried.

Ratchet and Clank have potential. If you had read WMBQ's move set for him, you wouldn't have mentioned him. His weapons are pretty diverse, enough to have a different one for three of his special moves.
Plus, with Clank, he has great potential within the regular attack area.
The Black Knight would have made Brawl perfect. With moves like Eclipse, which neutralizes enemy defense and does five times normal damage, he would be just plain awesome.
