I wanted tails in ssbb.
He would be a perfect 3rd party character.

I made a moveset for him too...

B: gun or some other invention he made
B >: spin (he spins his tail around)
B ^: fly
B down: spin dash (slower than sonics)

I agree with you that Cloud should be in the game, but you worded that question a little badly.
Snake and Cloud are as different as night and day, cloud is a giant sword-wielding, magic using hero, and Snake is a stealthy spy with grenades, missile launchers, and so on.
