Spot on what I meant, CK. Stay still, and it's the same thing as Marth's counter (but it has to be more accurate), except Boo goes transparent instead of into a blocking stance.

UpB I just made up a move, I don't know what Cross Town is, but my UpB can be modified in any way you guys seem fit. I think my other moves are quite accurate and offer King Boo a nice varied moveset.

he meant crown toss and how about we make it a tether shot like ivy and olimar?

then to give him the flying ability that he has we make him floaty and give him 3-5 jumps

Im not sure I would be fond of King Boo being playable...He would be a better background character...but....since he is so awesome....

King Boo Moveset

Im only making Special Moves right now...Dont beg me...

Up Special Move- Ghostly Whirl
King Boo darts upward, spinning, and sucks in anybody near him...Causes about 10% damage...

Normal Special Move- Blue Flame
You can charge this move up...King Boo charges up, and spits out a couple small, blue flames...The number of flames increase the longer he charges...He spits out 3 of them at full charge...The flames move forward in a straight line, then vanish...The flames are rumored to be formed by Ghostly powers....Causes about 6% per flame...

Side Special Move- Tongue Whip
Yet another charge move...King Boo spins round while charging, and flings out his tongue after the release...The tongue is long, and does about 17% at full charge if it hits somebody...

Down Special Move- Boo Hurricane
King Boo floats in place and blows air directly in front of him...The current is long and blows away anybody who gets caught...It also makes it hard to approach him...This attack is so powerful, it can blow the opponent off the Stage...This attack is generated by the number of Boos King Boo has with him...they are most likely hiding somewhere...

Final Smash- Boo Force
King Boo activates his Final Smash...A Boo army appears out of nowhere, and starts floating around King Boo...After a few seconds, the Boos disappear, and King Boo gets really, really big...Not only are you giant, but you attack power is tripled! Also, you can fly around the stage terrorizing everyone...You can still use attacks like normal...This Final Smash is really unique, because it can backfire...When the Boos are floating around, opponents can attack them and kill them...When the number of Boos go down, so does the power of King Boo's Final Smash, and even the Boo Hurricane! If the number of Boos reaches zero, you wont be able to access those attacks anymore...The number of Boos he has does not increase the whole battle...Dont worry, your Boos are only visible during the first part of the Final Smash...There are 30 Boos every battle...Dont let them all die!

Down Taunt
King Boo turns invisable, and covers his face...

Up Taunt
King Boo does his classic laugh...An evil, loud cackle....

Side Taunt
King Boo tosses his crown in the air, and catches it...

I absolutely LOVE the move list, Nick. Might I just suggest 1 thing? Instead of that Final Smash, why not have him put on the big Bowser costume from Luigi's Mansion? It would be more cartoony (like the game) and bigger to distinguish it from normal Bowser. Although it's frighteningly powerful, you can hit its head to make the head turn backwards and reverse the controls for a brief period of time.
What do you think?

Nick we just finalized our King Boo moveset. It was great before...now that we all made that other one, this seems old...I liked ours. This also does not seem true to brawl, while ours was, imo, much more accurate to the game.

They're both awesome IMO. I preffered the last one though, due to the unique ghost counter and crown toss moves. I don't want another FLUDD-like special in the game.. x.x;

FLUDD-like? King Boo blows forward, and he dosnt stop...He cant charge it up, and it has less range then FLUDD...It uses wind, not water, also...Also, the power is based on the number of Boos King Boo has with him...

And you call that FLUDD like? Its similar, but more awesome and original...

Im not sure I would be fond of King Boo being playable...He would be a better background character...but....since he is so awesome....

What? Ok I think this sort of makes sense? I'd prefer if he could float unharmed though.. this just makes it another mediocre untactical recovery move. Very unghost like.

Ok this started as a good idea, however I think the flame would be better suited as a Down-smash that hits both sides or something like that. Boo's are known for Licking, and I think the original Lick idea would be better. Lick should be a chargeable disjointed hitbox which stuns enemies and inflicts some damage.

Moveset for King Boo:

Size: Large.
Weight: Heavy (Wario's weight)
Jumps: 5 (small jumps)
Floatiness: Floaty, but nowhere near as floaty as Samus/Jiggly.
Slide: Absolutely no slide.
Stance: Hovers very close to the floor.
Dash Speed: About as quick as Dedede.

Normal Moves:

A - Single slap. Medium range. Pulls them in.
AA - Double slap. Second slap has very little range and low damage, but turns the enemy around.

Ftilt - Quickly lashes out with tongue in a horizontal arc. Similar to Ike`s, but with less range and power.
Dtilt - Sweeps with tail. Low damage, has a chance to trip.
Utilt - Does a short hop and stabs upward with crown. Good knockback, medium damage, medium-low range. Similar to Dedede`s UTilt.

Smash Attacks

Fsmash - Lunges forwards and bites. High knockback and damage, good amount of after-lag.
Dsmash - Raises arms (or something) and small blue flames erupt on either side of Boo. Flames do strictly vertical knockback. Should be a quick move with low KO potential.
Usmash - (This one I`m unsure about. Possibly a stronger version of Utilt in some form, but only with medium KO potential.)

Aerials

Nair - Boo turns into the ``scary boo`` and any enemy that touches him gets medium damage and knockback. Sexkick effect.

Fair - Not to bite off of peach, this could either be a high damage slow startup crown smack, or a quick forward slap that does strictly horizontal damage (for use with WoPs)

Uair - A wave of the hand in the upwards direction. Similar to Jigglypuff, but stronger.

Bair - Flick of the tail. Low damage and knockback. Can be used to WoP.

Dair - Tongue spike (haha). A medium range spike attack with mediocre power and mediocre startup time. Just wallops in an arc from in front to a below him.

Special moves

Licking would be his normal attack...So would slaps...There is no point for those being Special moves...

Whats wrong with spinning?

I got his Down Move from Luigis Mansion...

And the invincibility would be cool, but its boring how he just floats...nothing happens...I could add invincibility to the Up-Move if you want...

I cant believe that just because this guy has two cool moves, you guys like his moveset better...

its not just that
since he posted first we had a little more time to tweak it and debate it so it seemed better
also like bowserizer said the first seemed like a brawl moveset while yours seemed like it was moves for another game being forced into brawl
