Down Move? I think he should not be able to charge it up, but unlike ROBs Gyros it can pierce through enemies, so it can hit multiple people...

1) Why would it be too complicated? It'd be fine. Just move the analog sticks and stuff to shake of the crown.
2) Why would it be overpowered? It could only have the effect if fully charged, or it could be a slow projectile, or the effect doesn't have to be as profound as the Metroid effect. I'm not retarded, I don't make overpowered concepts. :P
3) Uh, obviously his tail would go to one side first, it's impossible to rip his tail in half and hit both sides at the same time. It'd be more similar to Yoshi's, just way heavier.
