over rated? lol all Roy is is Marth without a Tipper..and i believe a shorter sword... yes he had a tad more power in the center of the sword but proper spacing for Tippers owns up Roy's any day. and the lack of a non-tippered low knock back F air made combo's more difficult. Marth was definitely better. whether you like him more or not is your own thing... fire sword was definitely cool lol but my two cents is just that Marth without question was the better character.

Marth will always be the better character out of both of them, no matter what anybody says.

well i didnt really like Marth in Melee or now in Brawl, so im gonna say Roy. In both games ive been sooooo much better as Roy and Ike. Idk why, but i just cant play as Marth

i agree... i origanilly thought marth was a girl...

for me its more of a good reason why Nintendo should have made a better game. DLCing Roy wont make it suck less lol

From my point Marth had the better moves and took the most damage in battles I found my self easily beating Roy with Marth so it was no question on who would preform.

ITs Marth FTW,Roy kinda seemed weenie or too show offy. Even though Marth is gay JK :/ he has better moves.....

Another point is marth looks so much cooler I hate roy's red hair.. and his sword and armor just don't match up.

I mained Samus on melee and subbed marth
But.. i main marth on Brawl so... =]
