Although I don't use either of them, I prefer Captain Falcon. He's faster, and it doesn't matter how strong Ganondorf is, if he can't hit you he's useless. I don't really like either's final smashes.

Oh, and although CF is an old man (i thnk he's about forty-something now) Ganondorf sure as hell RUNS like one.
