Louie (From Pikmin 2)
Koopa Paratroopa (Mario Bros)
Banjo Kazooiee (Self titled)
Conker (Conker's bad fur day)
Any of the Hunters from Metroid Prime 3, or Ridley. (Ridley would be badass)
A snake-type character. (Like Ekans or Onix from pokemon. Not solid snake)

* A mii, with a customizable moveset, where you can choose your own moves for each attack that already exists within the game. This mii would only be usable in a special Mii Smash mode, and wouldn't be playable in Single Player or Regular Smash. Online it would only be playable in a Mii Smash mode. Either limit the Mii to a special mode and be able to customize everything, or have a set number of points which you can spend on slide-bars to increase and decrease the character's assets. Assets could include:

Weight.
Jump Height.
Floatiness %
Running Speed.
Traction.
Etc.

As well as customizing their moves. Each move could have a default attack assigned to it, but each different move could have a set point cost to it depending on it's effectiveness, limiting the character from having too many powerful moves (and thus, being balanced). This goes for special attacks as well.

Alternatively from all that, they could just make a regular Mii Character, but my idea is so much better. :P

^Heck, I think all characters should be customizable. Movesets, taunts, entrances, etc. It should not include the parts of a mii, (Weight, etc.) but custom characters would be a start.

Nah, that's going too far and Brawl would be WWE.

They could include a seperate mode, possibly the adventure mode, where you can upgrade your character in moves and values and such. Would be sort of a WWE experience.

They shouldn't make every character customizable. Either one that's balanced, or a seperate mode for it.

make it dialga cause in the games hes a steel dragon which makes almost all moves crap
he had a wider move list to pick from
and roar of time beats spacial rend any day

Waluigi would be a good character, but finding new attacks for him might be hard because he is so similar to Wario, Mario, and Luigi. I don't think there will be another one for a very long time, though.
