Wolf is very spammable, one of the spammiest characters of Brawl; but he suicides so easily, his spam is so predictable, and his spammy moves have a lot of cooldown, a pro can easily stop the spam and own him. Fox isn't exactly overbuffed. It's easy to spam D-air for damage/combos and U-smash for KOs, but he can be a very repetitive character; if you havn't trained with him, it's easy to spot a pattern and own them up.

I was referring to suicide as a poorly executed recovery, not a Side-B off the stage; only a complete n00b would do that. :P
And no, you can't stop their Side B any time you want. The timing for that is extremely difficult, and every single pro knows this pretty well. I wouldn't be able to use it even a fourth of the time if I tried to master it, lol. Anyways, my point being is that their recovery is tricky, and if you just try to pick them up for a random fight, you'll fail miserably. Lol.

Where do I get these videos? ... I click my heels 3 times and pull them out of my ass, that's where.
 On a more serious note, I just find them randomly. Links from one video to the next. :PAnyways, both. I don't know how to deal with them, considering I never face a good Weegee or Mario (which means Storm's probably going to rape me at first, if not all the time, lol).

I hate:
Snake-cheap Metaknight-cheap Game & watch-cheap Sonic-annoying Falco- when he abuses chaingrabs. That's just plain gay. That's it really. I don't really have a problem with anyone else.

I wouldn't call any characters cheap, it's just that they can be played in a cheap way; especially Meta. Just because they're top tier doesn't mean they're cheap, though.
Ice Climbers should be hated more than Falco then, they can abuse chain grabs like no tomorrow. They can infinite, 0-death, and just rack up huge amounts of damage... Although yes, a Falco abusing his chain grab whenever you respawn in indeed annoying.
