sonic is easy if you get by the weak power and repeating spins
a few of my friends main sonic because he just came easy to them and they cant use anyone else

Sonic's great to use in Brawl

To me, it depends on who I fight.
If i'm against someone slow, and I choose fox, falco, or wolf; then they are hard to control.
If i'm against someone fast, and I choose ganondorf, then he's probably the most difficult.

Donkey Kong is very difficult to fight against small characters like Pikachu. I'll probably get a hit percentage of about 12.

Hardest are:
1. Olimar
2. Peach
3. Jiggly Puff

For me, Snake and the crew from the StarFox games.

It depends on your brawl style. Thanks to Sho, I can use the HW's pretty good. Not great but I can manage a middle skill match with Ganon at least. Though hardest character for me to use, and its still true, is Wario. He's just awkward for me. I even use G&W better. Diddy would probably be next (I can't KO with him) then Snake and ROB ( I know how to, I just can't time them right).

You probably suck with him. I bet you use his -> b and fall off.

Depends on what exactly that question means.

Hard to use right off the bat:
Snake. It takes time to get used to the explosive smashes, to the special attacks, and to the slowness. But once you learn how to use him you can kill very very easily.
Olimar is easy to use regardless of the pikmin. His aerials are that good, I was raping with him the first time I used him, back when everyone was at the same horrible level.
Wario is easy by just doing short hop and aerials. His ground game is slow and choppy. I had him "mastered" by the third match.
Ganondorf right off the bat feels extremely slow, but one Ftilt and you kill, so it's not so horrible.

Hard to master (I have a lot of options for this one):
Sonic: He can be spammed and used horribly by noobs. Actually mastering him to make him decent competition is tough, since it involves knowing how to work around his clear weakness and how to use the spin dashes effectively.
Olimar: actually mastering him involves pikmin micromanagement. Takes time and too much patience imo.
Pokemon Trainer: you have to master all three to be great with him. And all of them being completely different, it takes getting used to.
Wolf: easy to use, but to master him...ugh. I've been using him since I got him and avoiding suicides because of bad recovery is tough if you want to kill the opponent quickly. Most of his specials are also tricky, with a lot of potential.
Diddy: involves heavy use of bananas. Takes getting used to, but it's ridiculously fun afterwards.

Of course, this is according to my opinion. All other characters I can use decently without much complications. Peach was hard until I realized that holding down and jumping made her float on the ground. Afterwards, she was easy.
