now my question is who do you think is the hardest lvl9 cpu of all?
i say snake cause every time he gets close c4 gets put on my face

i guess a lvl 9 lucas, mainly because of his A up attack, he spams the hell out of that over-powered move

idk, level nines are generally annoying by nature, not exactly tough.
I think the hardest one is pikachu, mostly because it's small and fast and computer players jump and evade all the time. I don't say squirtle because the computer actually uses all three pokemon, and computer ivysaur is horrible.
edit: oh, and try playing against three level 9s at the same time. I swear, they're all against you even in basic brawl, ridiculous. Great way to get pissed or annoyed.

Proof of that: In a 4 way battle with CPUs, let a CPU get the smash ball. He'll go after you no matter what.
The most annoying is Olimar, because he's generally an annoying character overall. Once you've killed him once he's too stupid to pick some pikmin though..
