Smash Bros. Tourney 1 sign-up and discussion

This will be the new Wiichat's first official tourney. I plan on hosting one every half a year.(unless the previous tourney hasn't finished)

The one Entry Rule:
Must be an active member on at least once every day.(if you can't PM me and we'll try to work something out)

Tourney rules:
Matches are a best 2 out of 3
Matches are 3 stock, 5:00 minute time limit
No Items under any circumstances.
Banned stages will be put at the bottom of this post.
Both must PM me about the winner of the match. If both say something different, both will be disqualified.
There are no banned characters, however spamming, camping and chain-grabs are banned.

Username=(your Wiichat name)
Brawl Name=(your SSBB name)
Brawl Friend Code=(your SSBB code)
Timezone=(what timezone you live in)

Banned Stages:(Using any of these will result in an instant dequalification)

Hyrule Temple(Melee)

Rumble Falls

Registration ends September 30.

Before signing up, I'd like to know when this will take place and when registration ends. I don't want to sign up and then later find out I can't play at that specific time.
And yea, GC is correct, there should be more banned stages. Shadow Moses, Spear Pillar, Distant Planet and Green Hill Zone come to mind. It really makes no sense these were not banned while Pokemon Stadium 1 did, a stage normally considered neutral or counterpick.
Btw, I really laughed at rumbling waterfall. Isn't it Rumble falls? can't really remember.

haven't played in a while so i forgot the name. and registration ends at the end of September. Tourny will start October 1.

and i'll edit the banned list. its just those are the stages i hear people complain about the most so thats why. (besides Norfair which i hate with a passion)

Brinstar is actually a very useful counterpick for some characters. Because of the acid you're less likely to get gimped, not to mention that the awkward flooring can prevent certain characters from owning you. Oh, and the stage is very small so it's easier to get KO's, which is good for characters who have a hard time killing someone.
Norfair also has some counterpick usefulness, but the fact that the lava can actually kill you destroys its tournament potential.

no i still can't play. and my friend won't lend me his wii cause he got a couple new games so there goes my backup option. i'll simply be hosting the tourney this time. i can't enter

At least 8, eh? Well, we have 5 confirmed and a 1 maybe from anax, so a potential of 6 are already interested. All we need are 2-3 more players and we will have ourselves a tournament.
