Wow Jannik Jansen had a crazy game last night much more then I excpected from him in his first NHL game. Too bad the CANUCKS LOST Well can't wait till the next game so the Canucks can shutup that cocky TURCO!!

Ok did anyone else watch the Pens/Sens game 2? I mean I cant complain, cause we won. But WOW the officiating was horrible.


I also didn't like the broadcast. The announcers really seemed to be on the Sens side the whole time. The people who call the game are supposed to be neutral, but they would get so much more into the calls when the Sens went on an attack, or when they made a save. Fleury made a flat out awesome save and they were like "eh", but the sens make a nice pass and they were like " OH MY GOD THAT WAS THE BEST PASS IN THE HISTORY OF THE NHL!!!!!!"
Got annoying after a while.


Also, is anyone else getting the NJ/Tampa games? They were broadcasting Sabres/Islanders game in my area but not the NJ/Tampa. I would have MUCH rather seen Jersey and Tampa go at it.

officiating is out of fear right now. nobody wants to miss a call.



i am used to this by now. no matter who the sharks play on Versus, the announcers always take the side of the other team. like last year, they played Edmonton in game 3, lost in 3OT. cheechoo has this oppourtiny to score, but the pass is behind him, so he has to wait to shoot, then his shot goes right at the goalie, and the announcer is like "HE JUST ROBBED CHEECHOO!! WHAT A SAVE!!" then edmonton scores the winner on this rebound goal, and the guy goes "WHAT A SHOT TO WIN THE GAME!! OILERS WIN!! OILERS WIN!!"

That pens game was awsome. What a goal by crosby to win the game and Fleury was amazing. The Islanders game was crazy too I can't wait till the next game in that series!

hate to break it to you Tank, Penguins are going to lose against Ottawa...its going to be a great great series and im looking foward to tonights game...

oh and btw im a Devils fan...WHO WON THE DIVISION? GO DEVILS! and i really hate Tampa Bay, i mean come on the only reason there in is cause of St. Louis and Vinny (idk how to spell his last name and id rather not try). but i mean come on, those 2 have scored all but 1 of Tampa's goals so far...the Devils really need to shut them down.

and wow why are there so many Canuck fans on this forum? geez, out of the West id really like to see Anaheim and Detroit lose, both of course 2-0 series leads. im really hoping the Sharks beat Nashville, even though Nashville is STACKED...

and i definatley want the Rangers to lose, i think Atlanta is the most overrated team in the playoffs this year but thats just my opinion.

I definatley think this years playoffs are going to be extremly entertaining.

Hey did anybody catch the score of the Detroit vs. Calgary game? I was watching the first period and Detroit was up 2-0. Does anybody know what the final score was?

3-1 Detroit... Calgary has no chance in the series...if they split the road games then maybe but down 2-0 is to much against the Wings.

Oh and off topic I've started a little art project which involves spray painting my goalie mask so I'll be posting pictures of it later. Right now I have spray painted vintage colours for my mask. Unfortunately I wont be able to use it due to losing some screws etc.

Wow. I think the Pens game should have been 3-3 at the end and go to OT. did you see Cids goal that was called off cause of the fight that broke out? Amazing goal, the Sens were lucky a fight broke out or it would have been tied.


There were some bad calls for both teams once again. How was that not a 5 minute major? Scuderi had his back turned and he got flat out boarded.


I also can't blame Fleury for that one goal, just a really bad rebound..

I'm watching the Dal/Van game right now. They may be loosing but Turk is making some great saves.
