I really wanna see a Montreal vs. Pittsburgh series, or the Pens vs. the Caps.

Hopefully the Capitals win tonight.

As for who will be in the finals, I say it will be Pittsburgh and Colorado, with the Pens winning in 6.

Can I tell you how much the Flyers should have lost that game last night? No, I can't, it's impossible to measure. In fact, let's look at some interesting stats from last night:

Shots: Capitals 41, Flyers 34
Faceoffs won: Capitals 40, Flyers 34
Takeaways: Capitals 12, Flyers 9
Hits: Capitals 32, Flyers 29

Not only that, but the Flyers got away with what seemed to be a bad call. In the 2nd period, the Flyers scored their second goal, which could have possibly been goalie interference.

In school, as usual, none cares, and if I bring up a good point like the ones above, they say I'm wrong and walk away. Ignorance is bliss I suppose.

Semi finals start tommarow. should be some good series going on...

im thinking Montreal is gonna beat the Flyers in 5. I think that Montreal is gonna be to much to handle for the Flyers. Im predicting a game 4 home victory to avoid getting swept!

Penguins are gonna beat the Rangers in 7. Penguins are so stacked, and Lundqvists gives out rebounds like its his job that Crosby and Malkin are gonna break through that Ranger D just enough to pull through in this series.

Colorado is gonna beat the Wings in 7. This and the Western Finals are normally when the Red Wings blow it, and im picking this round to be the collapse.

Stars over the Sharks in 6. With the Stars Power Play working so well against the Ducks, i cant help but think its success will continue against the Sharks. Since the Sharks seemed to have struggled with a much weaker Calgary team im picking the Stars to prevail this time.


Those are my predictions for this round! should be some good ones!

if the Rangers win the cup, no doubt in my mind, i will literally break down and cry hysterically because of my hatred of them.

Flyer fans should be mad. they blew game 1 hardcorely! lol. they practically had the game in the bag and ended up losing. thats gotta hurt.

Avs have only one thing to look foward to from game 1 and that was the fact that they scored the last two goals of the game to make it 4-3. that and the fact that Forsberg did not even play.

Rangers i believe are winning game 1 at the moment 2-0.

ohhhh yeah Penguins! nice little comeback to win game 1. what a game is all there is to say about that.

Dallas and San Jose played a hell of a game too. i decided to stay up for the overtime since apparently the average length of an overtime game this post season is 7 mins! lol. both were very awesome games.

Detroit ALWAYS chokes. The last time they haven't is the last time they won the Cup, back in the 90s. Also, they haven't played very good the last half of the season, they only won the President's because they won nearly every game in the first half.

I'm picking Dallas and Pittsburgh in the Stanley Cup Finals, Pittsburgh winning in 6 or 7.

Colorado really is not looking good. down 2-0 now and they were crushed in game 2.

Grrr. I'm not happy about how the Avs are playing.

I would love to see the Avs upset the Red Wings. For one, I just like the Avs, and I like watching them play. Two, the rekindled rivalry is always fun, and I'd like to see the underdog win it.


I'm watching Flyers / Canadians right now and just got more proof that Scott Hartnell is a bitch. He trys to be a bad ass, but he just takes bad penalties at bad times. And his team usually pays for it.

But oh man, Biron is on fire tonight. he just made a few amazing saves to kill Hartnell's Penalty.

I assume you're talking about his late hit with about 2 left in the 2nd? Yes, that was extremely retarded.

Also, Biron is crazy good right now. If Flyers still had Nittymaki (sp?) they would have lost to Washington by Game 6.

im pretty sure they do still have nittymaki he just is there back-up.

but anyways, the Flyers are really suprising me. i really didnt think they had a shot in hell to beat Montreal, but im starting to think they might.
