For anyone watching the IIHF World Championships the officiating for the first goal scored against the United States vs Finland was a joke. After watching the video review for the goal, the puck clearly went through the side of the net. Yet, they let it stand for four minutes. What a joke.

i really want to watch the IIHF World Championships but none of the games are on TV for me. idk why.....its really gay.

Don't get the IIHF here either. Not too big of a shock that the refs suck there too though. Must borrow some from the NHL.

i think Detroit is gonna win this year. they are just playing PERFECT right now, and i dont think the Pens despite the fact that they're also superhuman can keep up with them.

It really is a shame Dallas has to end their season like this. They did excellent work in the post season to beat the Ducks and the Sharks, both teams that a lot of people though were gonna go far.

I do wish that the Stars can prove me wrong about that. Home ice would be wonderful in the finals.

The Pens are just a far more dominate team. We even proved it tonight by not giving up and nearly tying the game.

People were talking smack about Crosby in school today. You know, how he doesn't get in a fight, meanwhile, he did with about 20 seconds left in the game.

Also, they think that hockey was never on ESPN, except before they were born (1994, 1995), so I wouldn't trust their opinion on hockey. It's still annoying though.

Some in this thread said it best. The Pens were a "Rude awakening" for the Flyers. They had it pretty easy in the first two rounds. Caps series shouldn't have had to go to 7.

winning the stanley cup will be a better day in pittsburgh and life would be better than just getting there.

Devils resigned Defensemen Mike Mottau, and Defensemen Sheldon Brookbank. and i also read on Hockeybuzz.com that the Devils are looking to sign free agent Vinny Prospal from Philadelphia. Im feeling Prospal and Elias being a very good combination.
