Ok so they did what everyone thought was impossible. they beat the Wings on their own ice. Now they get to come back the Igloo with our crowd in our city. And when it gets to game 7 they know it's possible.

They deserved this one.

Several notes..

1. R.I.P Luc Bourdon - You shall be greatly missed. My prayers go out to his family, friends, the Canucks organization, and to his hometown.


2. Despite the lack of shots I was surprised that the Pens pulled off a win tonight. Fleury was clearly standing on his head throughout the entire game. That must be a great motivational boost for the team.

Syntax the entire city of Pittsburgh is with you on the surprise.


Fleury is the only reason they are still in the series. If it wasn't for him that game would have ended 12-3 in favor of the Wings

I only watched the 1st period unfortunatly, i was really tired. But Detroit was really lacking in the 1st period im just shocked. They had a good chance to win, at home infront of the home crowd youd think the Pens wouldnt have stood a chance. But all credit to them they played well next game will be very interesting but i still the Detroit will take the cup.

that game was by far the best of the playoffs. i was entertained and on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. between each OT i was just like oh man, should i stay up and watch this.......HELL YEAH! lol. so glad i did. and Peter Sykora is my favorite Penguin, not just cause he was on the Devils lol...but because he said he was gonna score in OT last night to Pierre in between the glass. lol. that was great. what a game. i am absolutley amazed the Penguins pulled that off. it seemed like Detroit would completly dominate with 3-5 scoring chances to Pittsburghs 1 chance. man. this is one hell of a series.

Its sad the Red Wings lost...
They could have won the Stanley Cup also..

Its funny, there was one person in my first hour today that was a Penguins fan, and the teacher sent him in the hall for 20 Minutes. Everyone was pissed and told him to leave the state and go to Pittsburgh.
