Great outing for Big Pelf lastnight. Pitched a 7 strong innings and is lookin promising. Mets win last night 6-0. Just as i thought Lastings got booed everytime he stepped to the plate. Lo Duca didnt play last night but wants to play tonight, so we will see the reaction he gets.

Who knows, LoDuca is the guy that said he hopes the Mets lose every game. No telling what reaction he may get from the crowd. All I know is I'm happy with Schneider behind the plate & Church in right. LoDuca has no arm & Milledge is a defensive liability with a bad attitude. Pelfrey did great last night, people were so quick to judge & say he's gonna do even worse than last year. I don't see that happening, I have high hopes for Pelf!!!

Oh I love pudge, he's probably my favorite catcher, the fact that he has speed, and when he gets out of this slump he can hit .260-.280 which is good enough for me, and he has some pop, maybe 15-25 homers for the year, which would be a lot considering what I'm used to out of my Padres.

Mets won last night in there longest game of the season (14 innings). they won with the bases loaded and a wild pitch scoring the winning run. Hey ill take the win anyway we can

22 freaking innnings, and I watched every one of them. There were two pitches in the game that I think changed the outcome of the game. Inconsistent strike zone by the ump screwed us in a couple situations, anyways, two errors is the main reason we lost. Also the fact that we have no offense, pathetic. Peavy goes 8 scoreless, 11 strikeouts, and can't get a decision. Francis pitched fairly well too, but Peavy had his slider and two-seamer working well last night. 6 hours and 16 minutes. Ended at 1:21 AM pst.
