Santana looked great against the Phils today. For the most part, it was a pitcher's duel between Johan & Hamels. Heilman continues to piss me off though. Feliciano came on & did his job, only needing to face one batter to clean up after Heilman gave up a pinch hit 3 run homer, 2 of those runs where charged to Santana, who also struck out 10!!! Wagner came on for the save in the 9th in a 6-4 ballgame, retired the side in order & man was he dealing CHEESE!!! A few of his fastballs hit 99 mph & he almost hit Feliz in the elbow with one (God that woulda hurt). Just like Reyes a few days ago, Wright also fell a home run short of the cycle. Reyes scared me to death today when he hit his head against Utley's knee on a headfirst slide to 2nd, thank God he's alright!!! Overall it was a great game & the Mets have won 4 straight & with the Marlins loss tonight, I'm happy to announce the Mets have taken 1st place in the NL East (no offense BLS), let's keep it that way!!!

Well it was a good game going into the 8th, but now the D'Backs blew it wide open... again. 3-9 in the bottom of the 8th. Great, two games under .500, going to be classified with the lowly Dodgers.
