OMFG, is it a holiday or something? The Mets won a game..i think i feel faint..maybe this will put them on track, and the boost of Pedro's personality will surly give them a boost next week

Fish lost 2 of 3 to the Mets. I can't stand losing to the Mets. Mostly because of my experience with Mets fans at Marlins home games.

Mets are on a nice little 3 game winning streak, they are actually playing with confidence now and are hustling on every play. Wright had a monster game last night, hitting 2 two-run home runs. He always seems to rock Brad Penny, i think he is batting like.529 or something like that against him....cant wait for tomorrow goin to the game.

Damn GREAT game to be at today as the Mets beat the Dodgers 3-2..Beltran came through with a 2 run homer in the 8th...i have no freakin voice left right now..lol..great game.

Wow, 3 game winning streak. Padres have been turning on the offense as of late, we're a half game from pulling into 3rd place. Our rookie Banks pitched very well, complete game, no earned runs, 5 strike outs. We have hope!

Mets are on a lil roll now and it looks like there swagger is finally back. They are playing with confidence and the bullpen is FINALLY looking good..cant wait for tuesday when Pedro returns and pitches aginst the Giants. He just brightens this team up so much with his personality.

I watched that game yesterday with my buddy who is a die hard Dodger fan, I was trying not to laugh when they busted it open, Church had a good game in his first back, and Wright and Reyes were good as usual. Johan pitched well, and like you said the bullpen got it done.
Padres need to get rid of Hoffman, he's got nothing for NL west teams, Adrian Gonzalez gives him a 2 run lead in the 10th and he proceeds to give up 2 singles, then a triple to tie it, then they walks the next guy, and gives up a single for the loss. Until the Pads either release him or trade him I will have no faith in them against the NL west.
