I actually wasn't referring to that, but I do honestly believe that Masch shouldn't have been sent off. He did absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever.

I also wasn't talking about Ronaldo always getting the decision, but now that you mention it he often does. Such as when he dives, mouths off, moans, sucks his dummy, etc, nothing happens to him. Same with most Man U players.

You can't possibly believe that referees are fair to every team? Surely not? If they were fair, there wouldn't be so much commotion about them!

Of course I watched it. Kuyt didn't pull Hleb's shirt or trip him up at all in the slightest! He did pull his arm back a bit though.

And are you serious about Mascherano? He kept getting involved in things that weren't really anything to do with him... He made stupid tackles and finally got sent off, I think it was completely fair and probably should've got sent off sooner...

Masch wasn't sent off for that one incident. He was sent off for a bad tackle, constant descent and that one last time was the straw that broke the camels back. He ran the full pitch length to complain about something that had nothing to do with him.

It's not that they choose to be 'unfair', it's just at the moment in the game, referees think about the Ferguson has been saying for the week prior to the game in press conferences, about how his players should be protected by the referees, and so they don't want the pressure of Ferguson moaning about them, therefore it is easier for them to give him decisions.

Onto Masch.
Firstly, I honestly believe that his first tackle was arguably not a yellow card. He wasn't giving constant dissent, but merely questioning the referees decisions, which should be perfectly fine as there is no harm in that. Then the last account was just an absolute joke. Torres, after being kicked everywhere for 40 minutes, got booked after being fouled. Dissent? No chance, he was simply asking for some protection after the repeated physical abuse he was receiving. So, with no harm, Masch came over to ask a question. He asked the referee "What's happening?" and got sent off. Pathetic.

It was quite obvious that Steve Bennett was feeling the backlash of Keith Hackett after what he supposedly should have done regarding the Ashley Cole incident, and felt he had to prove himself. Except he chose an awful moment to do it as he sent a player off for asking a question. As long as Masch plays for Liverpool, any decision which goes against his team has everything to do with him!
