iron man sequel?
if you like me when you go to see a movie you wait till the very end of the credits to wait to leave the pack thearter so yesterday when i went to see iron man i waited and at the end of the movie tony stark(robert downey jr) walks into his apartment and nick fury(samuel jackson) ask him about the avenger project it gave me goose bumps not only because maybe finally they will cross more then one comicbook into a movie but nick fury isnt black i just hope they dont ruin another marvel classic

A few things here in response. There will definitely be a sequel, that will definitely include Nick Fury. Marvel's announced the release date for April 30, 2010.
Nick Fury's character design in the Ultimates comics (the new ones) is actually based on Samuel L. Jackson, with the actor's permission. Take a loot at this for more details, where you can also find some artwork featuring a very, very Jackson-like Nick Fury. In reality, it's actually the most accurate and canon casting of any character in any superhero movie yet. He was cast during the writing of the comics themselves.

Well the whole nick fury isnt a sequel to iron man its the avengers movie there wont be a sequel to iron till around late 2009 to mid 2010....

As I said, the Iron Man 2 movie is slated for April 30, 2010, and it will have Nick Fury prominently in the film. This has been officially announced. I'll give you the rundown on the other Marvel movies recently announced.
The "Thor" movie (which may or may not have that title) is set for June 4, 2010.
"The First Avenger: Captain America" is set for May 6, 2011. Rumors point toward Matthew McConaughey as Cap'n A, but who knows whether they have any truth to them.
July 2011 will see "The Avengers," which will team up Iron Man, the Hulk, Captain America and Thor. The script is being written by X2 writer Zak Penn.
Marvel is also working on an "Ant-Man" project, and "Spider-Man 4." No release dates yet for this film.

There was actually a new version of Nick Fury based off of Samuel L. Jackson before this movie came out (for the cartoon), so it's appropriate that Sammy plays the role in the movie.

well, war machine may be in the next one, but they're still not going to feature him as a major character...at least thats what the wiki is saying that Terrance Howard says, he doesn't want to introduce Warmachine too early. But he's definitely on the horizon and they have time to take it slow because they're planning Ironman as a trilogy and have already signed all the major actors on for three movies.

yeah, they mention all that in the iron man article on wikipedia. they say they're kicking around all those ideas, but at this stage it's really too early to say anything definite.
