    No, You Have To Buy It for $30. =[ Sorry. You need the disc to install it but you don't need a disc to play it.

    Tell Me in the Specs of your PC and I'll tell you if it is safe to buy it because some games require really high graphic cards to run.

    To Install The Game You Need A Disc.
    To Get An Account will need a Disc Key.
    To Get The Disc Key You Need To Buy The Game.
    1 Disc Key Per Box/Game.
    The Disc Key will get you an account.

    Shorter Terms....you have to buy the game lol.
