Richand readied himself for combat and looked at Xenth.
Richand readied himself for combat and looked at Xenth.
Drake saw that Oric was fighting Sckemt. So Drake flew up with the others while the rest of his team started fighting the soldiers around him. He then landed and to see who was greeting them.
"Well well, isn't it Seth the immortal. Let me guess, Richand goes thought while me and Xenth have to fight you right?" Drake smiled and stood their completely open.
"Richand, this is Seth Covull. He's the one who captured and tortured me here. He also stole something from me."
"Are you done introducing me Xenth? I'm quite capable of doing that myself. As for what you said young Valentine, yes. My orders are to allow Richand passage while I was to kill you. However we weren't counting on Xenth returning here. We expected him to be much to afraid of what I did to him before."
Xenth shivered at the mere memory before drawing his sword and stepping forward. "Thats all in the past Seth. Now you will give me back the Orb of Conud!" Xenth heard a gasp from behind him. "Perhaps I should've mentioned that?"
Zanaku flipped a soldier over his back then cut his leg off when he was falling to the ground. He saw a soldier running at him so he raised his foot up and booted the soldier in the face. While the soldier was falling Zanaku jumped up onto his chest and slammed down on it,breaking his ribs. He saw a lightning bolt fly past his head and quickly turned to see the source. He saw Oric fighting a very samiliar man. "I saw him before". He then ran toward the battle to help oric out.

Richand was shocked, but he didn't hesitate.
"We'll have time to talk about that later! You two, handle him!"
Richand ran past them and headed up the long, winding stairs to the throne room, taking his steps two at a time.
Richand busted through the locked ornate double doors into the throne room. At first, it seemed the massive room had no occupants whatsowever. Huge stained-glass windows adorned the wall, each bearing the symbol of Destry. Looking towards the center of the room, Richand saw Siana lying on the ground.
Richand rushed over and kneeled down. It struck him as odd that Storm wasn't present, but he had far more pressing matters to deal with.
"Siana! Siana, wake up!"
Richand shook her, but Siana did not open her eyes. For one, horrifying moment, Richand thought Siana was dead. However, he felt slight breath in her body, and felt as though a huge weight had been lifted from his shoulders. Getting a better look at her, he was disturbed by how pale and thin she looked.
She shouldn't be this sickly from so little time in captivity...
Then Richand looked at her neck and saw the bite marks. The room seemed to suddenly drop twenty degrees.
Suddenly Siana's eyes snapped open. Instead of being a normal, vibrant red, they were a dull, sickly gray. She opened her fanged mouth and slashed at Richand's face with a clawed hand. Richand was sent sprawling away from her and got up, grasping his sword.
Tears began to well up in his eyes.
The ground rumbled and cracked as shear rock from the earth began pushing upward to the surface. A pillar of stone rose into the air, which Oric quickly ducked behind to avoid the electricity. He then pushed his palms forward, sending the large chunk of rock flying at Sekhmet, the large boulders began breaking into smaller, sharp shards of stone.
From the huge hole in the ground, falts sprayed out in every direction and hot magma shot forward in a huge wave, towards the Destrian general. Oric was very impressed by his huge exsurtion of power, and was even more so by the lack of energy it had taken him to pull it off. However he knew Sekhmet would have an answer, and braced himself for his opponents next godly attack.
Zanaku ran on the side of oric and shot a dark beam to go with the magma. They combined to make a dark clumpy liquid of power.
Nurgle smashed the golden temples doors open. He slowly walked in and looked around the temple at its plant covered walls and marble floor. Its going to be fun burning this place down ha ha ha. He then saw 2 heroes run out of hiding and ran at him. Teenagers huh ha ha ha. Nurgle then ran at the soldiers morphing himself into a spike stampeding man. He impaled both of the teens and through him off his body. He ripped both of their heads off and placed it on 2 torches in the halls. "This is fun ha hahahahaha". He slowly made his way to the back were all the students usually are. He found a door in his way that was marble and gold. He looked at it and how pitiful this barricade was. He morphed his hands into 2 big hammers and started smashing the door open.
He could hear the frightened heroes on the other side. This made him smile knowing he was striking fears into people. 1 voice caught to his liking though. He smashed the door open to find his brother with his claymore drawn infront of the students. His brother had silver armur on with feathers on his shoulders. His brother said,"leave now brother and I shall spare your life". Nurgle chuckled to this and then looked at him with a serious look. "I will destroy you, turn you into a heaping carcass, then devour your very body,Tandle".
"We shall fight then brother".

Seth had stood aside as Richand ran. His orders were very clear, Richand runs up by himself. "Well now that he's gone shall we get down to buisness?" Seth waved his hand over the door and a blue field appeared over it. "Just shut up and give me back the Orb!" Xenth was ready to charge at a moments notice. He was in his stance and almost nothing would stop him.
"Are you sure you want the Orb, Xenth? I'm almost positive you'd rather have this." Seth reached into his pocket and pulled out a silver locket with the symbol of Conud etched into it. Inside were two pictures; one of a beautiful woman, the other of two young boys. Xenth's eyes widened and he quickly pulled back his left sleeve. There were marks of a thin chain wrapped around but the chain itself was gone. "When did you..?"
"I needed to find every weakness you have when I held you here. You really think I'd let this one slip by?" Seth dangled the chain in his left hand and held the scythe in his right. "You have a choice: attempt to take the Orb within my scythe or take the locket with pictures of your dead loved ones. If you go for the scythe, I promise you will die. However if you choose your locket then you must leave. You won't be harmed but you will have betrayed your new allies, all for a few simple pictures."
With a mighty yell Xenth charged straignt for Seth, but too late. Seth threw the locket out the hole in the wall. "NO!" Xenth spun around but before he could move Seth grabbed him by the back of his head. "You want it so badly? Then you can have it!" Seth used his strength and threw Xenth out the hole as well. As Xenth was falling his mind stayed on his family. I didn't mean for it to happen this way but still. At least I can see them again.
What was that?
Xenth closed his eyes but when he opened them again he was surronded by pure white. Xenth, you have a choice to make.
You may die, and see your family once more. Or you may recieve the blessing of the winds and help save this world.
Suddenly two things appeared, one was a ghostly image of his family. They were standing there smiling at him. The other was a strange ball of energy that glowed green. You must choose Xenth. Life or death?
Back in the Tower Seth now turned to Drake. "Well now its your turn young Valentine. I only ask you make it worthwhile."
Sekhmet laughed. "You don't get it, do you?" He motioned his hand and lightning cracked like a whip, splitting the magma wave of dark energy in half. It passed by him quickly, and he felt its heat. He loved every second of it. His eyes glowed a vibrant green, and suddenly he let out a yell of strength and power. More of a Roar.
Sekhmet stared blankly at Oric and the newcomer. He stared at them a moment, and noticed something. "Zanaku? Zanaku?!?! HAHAHAHA, It IS you! I burned your village to the ground! I killed your parents! Heh heh heh, an you cannot do anything about it, can you? No, you can't. They did not last long either, so don't worry when you die. Say hello to them in the Underworld!"
Sekhmet dissappeared into thin air, electricity sparking in the place he had just been. Suddenly, the ground began to shake violently. Suddenly, the rock erupted in a sparking crash. Lava plumed out of the ground, not seeming to target anyone in particular. Then, the air cracked behind Zanaku. Sekhmet had reappeared, and launched a forking bolt of explosive lightning at the boy's back.
Storm stepped out of the shadows into the room where Siana and Richand was. He chukcled for a moment as he watched the tears welling in Richand's eyes. This increased his happiness even more. He simply chuckled to himself.
"Siana, my sweet, sweet Peach," Storm goaded them both, "Kill him....Kill him now."
