It's kinda bias at this forum but yeah, I agree with the other people. They're your interests, why should it matter to other people as long as it doesn't interfere with them by you annoying them because of it.

Meh, I grew out of Pokemon but I still talk about it with a few friends for the nostalgia. And I'll pick up a recent Pokemon game every now and then to see whats changed (And boy how its changed).

I guess what I'm getting at here is, if you like it, play it. And when it becomes a thing of the past for you, its not out of your life for good

Yeah dude, If it's what interests you..go for it. I know the feeling. I don't want people knowing the gamer side of me too much because I try and keep a good status with people. I just feel that if people would judge you for your interests, don't tell them about it. You can still be tight with them.

Nevertheless, in our dramatic generation, most people think that liking pokemon and anime makes you a loser. Unless, you're asian. Then you're completely accepted even if you like it. Well, that's how it is in my school at least.
