Haha, I downloaded some program, which gave me like a 3 day trial or something like half a year ago. Sadly I can't remember what it's called :| I think it had 'Paint' in the name.. not sure though.

Was it some sort of 3D design program with animation? That was going to be my best guess at where your avy came from.
