Looking for A New TV

What's up, guys? Thought this was the best place to put this.

I'm looking at new TV's for Christmas. I'm looking for a 720p 27-32" one. Preferably LCD and flat screen, but if that's too expensive, I'll pass. Just wondering if there's a TV expert out there that can put me in the right price range. How much would something like that go for? Where should I look?
