Winter Stars Slides Onto the Wii

Winter Stars is a newly announced game for all major consoles including the Wii. The game features eleven winter events, more than ever before seen in one game, namely snowmobiling, bobsledding, downhill skiing, figure skating, biathlon, free ride skiing, snowboard cross, ski jumping, paraskiing, curling and short track. The events are set in 18 different locations with crisp, colourful visuals that will make you feel the chill of winter and enjoy the beauty of snow-capped mountains. The different gameplay modes available include a Family mode, which is suitable for all ages, and a story-driven career mode, whereby the player can earn points and use them to personalize and upgrade their characterís winter gear and equipment, such as new snowboards and skis. All the console versions, including the Wii version, include an online multiplayer option supporting up to four players on a worldwide scale. The gameís release date is yet to be announced, but you can expect it during the winter sports season!
