Your not alone buddy, unfortunately host quits are a part of the game.
Im lvl 33 and have lost countless XP due to host quits. My advice would be to forget about them, get some FC codes from the wiichat thread and play with friends.

If you have a good Internet connection, try and host games yourself to prevent host quits.
