if 007 legends is a good game, cant we just continue the clan on wii u.
much will depend on how the game is controlled though.

Good question...I think it will depend on how many E7 people get a Wii U and 007 Legends game and when. I am 90% sure I will be getting one, but I am not going to get it on the release date. I'm gonna wait a couple months to see what kinds of problems are reported first. Besides, I think they're already "sold out" if you want to get one in at least the first month anyway, right?

As for the controls, the Wii U is supposed to be backwards compatible with al Wii accessories. Despite how "cool" it would be to use the new gamepad-controller in Bond, I just don't know if I could put down my Wiimote and Numchuck; I've gotten so used to using it! I'm sure it will support it, though. It'd be dumb if it didn't! So many advantages of wiimote/chuck over CCP style...

For me it is the other way around, i never got used to the wiimote.
So as long as it is compatible with the normal controller i will be happy.

Since the gamepad is the main controller of the Wii U, it's 99% likely Legends' non-motion control setup will be a lot more encompassin' than the classic controller was for Goldeneye. The Wiimote + Nunchuck will probably just be a copy-paste, give or take new features in the game to be mapped differently 'course.

In other words, the gamers like you 'n me who prefer a joystick should be just grand, bar some unlikely, gigantic **** up.

The game was designed first and foremost to be played on the Wii. I believe the CCP was intended to be a "secondary" form of control to make it more appealing to "non-wii" FPS players... Even the N64 version was single analog stick contolled.

first reviews on legends arent too good.
that said ign does not say much bad about the multiplayer
and since i mostly play multi with an fps the game might be good for me.
still if nobody likes the single player and the game really does play dull, then perhaps it is better to look for a diiferenct fps on the wii u
that is if you gonna buy a wii u

Review don't look too good. Lets hope the multi-player is better though, that's what saved Goldeneye...

That sucks that the reviews don't look too good. I'm still not sure on forking over the $ for a Wii U and getting the game (been debating over it with Hubby.) I don't know if it'll be worth it... does anyone have the article about the reviews of the game? Thanks.
