I can't understand how to maximize score in the free run. It seems when I go faster I actually get a lower score. Doe the leader want me to speed up or slow down? I can;'t tell what she wants with her hand waves.
Your score is based on the consistency of your pace and has no correlation with how fast you run. As you previously thought, the faster you run, the lower your score. Try to keep a constant pace throughout the entire course that does not force your trainer to either speed up or slow down due to changes in your speed.
