    Hello from OK

    I just joined (obviously) and thought I would stop here and say hello. I just bought a Nitendo Wii system for my wife for Christmas and have been steadily buying stuff for it. Just got a balance board as no where around here had one so I had to go to ebay to get one.

    Have purchased a few accessories for it and a couple games. Im really looking forward to getting the balance board. I need to loose a little weight and I hope that this will help and make it fun and keep it interesting to keep more active with as cold as it is out.

    hello there. I can tell you from experience that wii fit only helps with exercise - you will have to find other forms of exercise along with it. good luck!
