    Help with picture settings

    Please can anybody help me, i have managed to change the settings on my sons wii. something about picture settings 480i or something i know it should be on the top setting. I only wanted to change the sensor from top to bottom!! Could someone please let me know how i can change it back. bearing in mind i can see nothing on screen.. Many thanks Dozy Dad Paul355
