End of the game *Spoilers

Right now I am fighting ganon while he is on the horse...it's taking freaking forever...I use 5 spurs and zelda doesn't seem like she wants to shoot...been doing it 20 min it's pissing the hell out of me -,- is there a better way of doing it or what because what I am doing isn't working very well

is there anyway to save so when you beat the game you can continue quests and stuff after you beat ganon??? because i just go back to the boss battle every time i load

No. In typical Zelda fashion, the last boss stays there so you can beat him anytime you want. There is no New game Plus also. Beat it and it's done, FINITO
