First off don't triple post when you don't get an answer immediately, secondly use the search, this has been asked before I'm pretty sure and thirdly you get it from Collins mum after getting back her baby from the monkey that's in the eastern part of the village jumping on top of a rock. You send the hawk at the monkey to get it and then take it back to Collins mum by the river side.
