where is th occucco guy

In arbiters ground where is the occuccu guy at? I need lantern oil to move the statue guy and don't want to have to go through the desert again.

ohh is in this room with little spinny spiker's on the walls ( you know what i mean) and the platforms that sink into the sand. you go to the door on the other side of the room, face the door and then turn around and he's in one of the pots there. i think it's while gathering the 2nd ghost.
