How do I kill black creatures in Hyrule's Fate? It seems impossible to kill them and after they attack me, I can't do anything?

if you mean the ones that teleport from the sky:

Wolf: Get them all REALLY close to each other, hold B, then realease when all of them are in the circle
Link: Just do a spin attack when all of them are close

Those things are really annoying, especially as you have only three hearts and take double damage in wolf form. Lock on with Z and attack with A. Better yet, just run past them.
