    If you looked closer they are wearing what I assume to be armour, or it could just be that in this day and age the Zora race has taken to wearing clothing... to an extent. Looks like it consists of headress/helmet (obviously shaped for a Zora's head), arm guards similar to Links, not sure if there is anything below the waist.

    Also near the end of the clip the girl Link is speaking to mentions, "Zora boy", in one of her sentences.
