    if you are talking about the first time you need to find him,

    he is in Telma's Bar in Castle Town...otherwise...he is behind the graveyard at the Zora burial ground...later in the game...does that help?

    Yea thanks I was look around the lake and the Midna told me that the Zora's would be a help but I could only find one around the lake so I just figured to ask here. Thanks Vertiginous.
