Lagging in TP

Hey guys and girls I'm new here. I just got my Wii on Sunday (insert immature Wii joke) and bought Zelda: TP along with it. The problem I'm having is that Link tends to lag whenever I hit an enemy with the sword. If I swing at air there is no lagging, only when I hit an enemy and it flashes red.

This is not that big of a deal, but I was wondering if anyone else has noticed the same issue. Could it be my lcd tv? It has an 8ms response time. Though I never had a problem with my ps2 or 360 (RIP).

haha this made me piss myself with laffing......its the effect...its sopossed to do it....lol....dont ya think it luks kwl wen it duz it??

huh?? I understand that the red flash is part of the effect, but is the half second(maybe 1/4 second) it takes for the enemy to feel the blow also supposed to happen?

Am glad I could make someone "piss themselves with laffing" on my first thread. It can only get better from here.
