Stuck in Middle of Temple

Hey, anyone know what to do, cuz im in Underwater Liar (2F) where staircase is in middle and you pull on levers to swing the staircase around...i have no idea what to do
any ideas?

pull every lever becareful you migtht miss some hidden levers they are in the ceiling there are 2 of them you use the grapple to get them they raise the water very little only like 3 inches or so compared to the hooks u Jump on and raise the water a few feet

how do i jump to the levers i cant reach?

every lever you can run up to jump off the ledge and link will automtically grab on, for the 2 levers i was talking about use your grapple hook to get to them and it will pull it down
