met with the postman

he left but theres a pile of rocks blockin one way then theres a gate on another spot

Yup, head left into Hyrule field, he tells you not to go the way you are going because there is a black wall blocking the way. That's exactly where you need to go, so that you can pass into the twilight world as a wolf and rescue the kids.

I've found the fence using wolf senses but that's where I left it.

you know when you go to death mt to get the last few bugs, you no the bit were all the rocks start falling onto you after a amount of time, I got one bug there but there is one higher up and I can't seem to get to it, any help?
Its more to your right when you walk into the entrance.

I've done all the bugs in the villiage like when you set fire to the house, ive done all that.
