Quite frankly, it looks like it was made in Paint; which it was.
The background is badly stretched. The text doesn't match the rest at all. In my opinion, it's just an all around bad piece of art.

That says nothing of your skill or style or whatever, it's hard to do much better in a simple program like MS Paint. I'd suggest getting a demo of, and eventually a full version if you have the money, Adobe Photoshop and then hitting up some tutorial sites like http://www.pixel2life.com to improve your abilities.

I quite like the sig.. esp the 'ill roxor your boxors' Not so fussed on the avatar mind..

So I give the sig a 7 becase I like the writing...

I'll give the avatar a 2 because it's just to plain..
