    Probably not real. I don't think it is possible to cut glass with scissors but I could be wrong. I thought that glass was one of the hardest materials we have though.

    It also says that the reason is because it stops high frequency resonance, but what is resonating with it? I don't think the scissors would make that kind of a frequency.
