venting is also proven to make matters worse and bring on more feelings of hate and discontent... i dont know how i handle my problems i dont really have any, but the ones i do i lay up to God and he takes care of them.

I think you're a man to let out your problems/feelings or whatever, yet in modern society, a male balling out in tears isn't the most masculine thing they could.

Since I'm with the boyf I can talk to him about stuff and it helps like.. A LOT so yeah..

Other than that I like to go down the beach and just look out to sea, really relaxes me and helps me think about things..
